A narrow 6-mile barrier island located between the Banana River and the Atlantic Ocean, Cocoa Beach is a both a small coastal town and a hotspot for vacationers, families and surf enthusiasts. Kennedy Space Center which offers amazing views of rocket launches, Patrick Air Force Base, and is less than an hour’s drive to Orlando.
Known as the Surfing Capital of Florida, Cocoa Beach is the hometown of World Champion surfer Kelly Slater, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, several surf schools for aspiring surfers, as well as a state-of-the-art skate park.
